Has anyone gone to the Belize Zoo since it re-opened in December? Thinking about doing the Belize Zoo and City tour through Carnival.

It's only been reopened about 10 days or so, only 6 ships in port since then, not a lot of time for reviewers to post back here. Maybe a review on the Carnival Boards will help, reviews on the reviews boards for these crusies probably aren't up yet. Look for reviews of Carnival Legend, Valor , Norweigan Pearl or Spirit, RCL Liberty of the Seas, or HAL Ryndam.

 

If you love animals and want to see some real efforts to rehabilitate them and how they live, then go to the zoo. They'll guide you around. It'll be interesting. But it's not your typical US Zoo.
