Camp on the Liberty

I just read a review where the mother claimed that her child was 2 years old and wasn't potty trained and for that reason, the child's time in Camp Carnival was limited. She claims she was forced to pick the child up after 2 hours in the morning because the chid wasn't fully potty trained. Did something change? I thought Carnival was the only line where they actually changed diapers? I'm wondering because I don't know if my son will be fully trained by the time we sail. The other times we used Camp Carnival with the older kids, they were potty trained.

Carnival does change diapers. At least the last time I cruised with them they commented on the diaper changing crew. (Last year)

Thanks RoadTripFanatic. Maybe she misunderstood what was going on or how that worked. I mean if they take kids into the camp without their parents at the age of two, they have to expect to change diapers, right? IDK. If my baby is not potty-trained, not a big deal, he'll just hang out with us like he did on the other cruises :).

Carnival does NOT supply diapers-- does the review state where she did not supply the diaper and was called to change their child? That is the only thing that I can imagine happened. Carnival does change the kids

We were on the Liberty in october and saw several children in diapers who were there over two hours. Our older kids (4 and 6) begged to stay for late night parties so we checked on them and we would see the younger ones still there. So i know they were there over 2 hours and being changed.

She didnt say she was called to change the diaper, she distinctly said her child was not completely potty trained and therefore could only stay two hours.

 

I feel better after you all have confirmed that Carnival does change diapers.
