Kona Question Tradwinds Expert help needed

Hi there

Our ship arrives in Kona at 7 give or take.

We have a rental from Enterprise which is supposed to be close..

We want to do the tradewinds boat instead of ships raft on Captain Zodiac

They leave at 9, check in at 845, and you have to pay in advance.

IF you dont show you loose your money

Do you think we can make it, or does any one have ideas of what to do besides

If you mean the Fair Winds snorkeling tour, I wanted to do that also. I called Fair Winds this week to book it and she told me that, although she hated to turn away business, we would not be able to make the 0830 check in time. We are

on the 4/6/05 Infinity sailing and it arrives in Kona at 0730 and has to tender.

Others have said they were able to make it there in time. I don't know though about renting a car and still trying to get there in time. I would imagine taking a cab MIGHT be quicker....though I'm not positive.

 

My experience with quick car rentals has not been very good, so maybe I'm biased. :)
