rdillon2 Posted February 26, 2005 #1 Share Posted February 26, 2005 We are booked on the GOS to Bermuda in October and I'm wondering if any of the glass bottom boat tours are wheelchair accessable? Thanks
smeyer418 Posted February 27, 2005 #2 Share Posted February 27, 2005 remember its not only the boat itself its getting to/on the boat. I am sure the crew will help but Bermuda doesn't have the laws the US has. Sorry that I can't be more help.
ineedacruise Posted February 27, 2005 #3 Share Posted February 27, 2005 I tried to search one out for you too using all my saved Bermuda links and got nowhere. Bermuda does not have the same laws that the US has when it comes to making public areas wheelchair accessable.
rdillon2 Posted March 22, 2005 Author #4 Share Posted March 22, 2005 Thank you so much for your responses. I didn't think I would find one but I figured this might be a good place to ask.
traveller99 Posted March 22, 2005 #5 Share Posted March 22, 2005 Hi, rdillon2. Any idea of who the glass-bottom tour vendor is? I was trying to get to the RCCI site to look at their Excursion Brochure, but it kept timing out. Looking at the Bermuda online Yellow Pages (www.bermudayp.com), there are alternatives to the onboard excursion choices that may fit the bill for you.
