Vegetarian dining options on Quest

We will be sailing on the Quest on March 29th 2011, and I wondered how to go about ensuring there are sufficient tasty vegetarian options for my husband? Many thanks in advance.

Just show up on the ship! I'm a vegetarian, and have had no problems whatever on Azamara. There's always at least one tasty vegetarian option in the main dining room, and the upstairs stir-fry and pasta is also a good alternative. Similarly, lunches have a variety of veggie alternatives. The only places that don't obviously accommodate vegetarians are the specialty restaurants, but even there all you have to do is ask, and they'll whip you up something tasty -- I think we ate in the specialty restaurants 4 times, and I ended up with something different each time, from pasta to stuffed veggies.

Note: I do eat eggs and dairy; if you're vegan, it may be somewhat more difficult.
