free wifi or internet on British Isles/ Normandy cruise

I searched the boards but have been unable to find the answer I am looking for. I will be on the Vision of the Sea on 06/11/11 and I am inquiring if anyone knows if any free wifi or internet locations in our ports? The ports include Liverpool UK, Dublin Ireland, Glasgow Scotland, LaHarve and Normandy France. Our depature and return port will be Oslo, Norway. I'm also posting my question on the British and Baltic port website.
