Ice Bar question...

??? Did anyone have issues with their camera's operation during (and after) its use in the Ice Bar ???

That is a great question - been thinking about it myself. I do plan on bringing my little workhorse water/heat/cold/shock proof camera in myself as I'm pretty sure my DSLR would not be happy.

I'm interested to see what others say.

Kids are allowed IN?

Yup. We had two 13 year olds and a 10 year old with us. We kept it a surprise. They kept asking if they could go, we said no adults only. Everytime we walked by they would say how unfair it was that they couldn't go. It was a fun surprise for them.

We didn't have any issues with the lens fogging up. My husband said that you don't want to go from one extreme to the other, i.e. being outside shooting pictures in the really hot air and then go to the Ice Bar.

There are six specialty drinks made from SVEDKA vodka and Inniskillin ice wine including:

· Polaris: SVEDKA Citron, Inniskillin ice wine, and lemon/lime soda;

· Cobalt Blue: Inniskillin ice wine, SVEDKA vodka and Blue Curacao;

· Nordic Apple Juice: SVEDKA vodka, Sour Apple Schnapps, Midori and a splash of fresh sour;

There are also two non-alcoholic drinks – the Strawberry Eskimo Kiss made of strawberry puree, pineapple juice and lemon juice and the Creamsickle, with orange juice, vanilla ice cream and milk. All drinks are served in specially-created glasses made entirely of ice.
