Yes you can, and should, book your show reservations on the RCI website. The fact that you have booked through a TA isn't relevant in this situation.

You can book shows and a few other things like getting soda packages. Go to the RCCL web site and cliclk on view reservation and go to pre cruise planner. You may have to enter some information if you do not see your cruise. Ckick on before you board and you should be able to figure out the rest.
