I called customer service and although the rep didn't know why the website shows I have a balance due, she tried to assure me that I have a 0 balance. I have the documentation that shows I have paid. It looked like they posted an increase to the CruiseCare Travel Ins I purchased through Celebrity. I called customer service and pointed this out and they corrected it and emailed me a corrected statement. My balance on the Web site is now changed too and back to -0-.
