I dont manage to see my status on the RCCL homepage - I guess it is impossable for pax outside US That cruise should have kicked you over to Diamond. Elizanessie Posted January 10, 2011 #27 Share Posted January 10, 2011 I can not figure out what my level is. On my last cruise it was platinum - but. I have followng RCCL cruises 14 nights in outside cabin far east 3 nights outside cabin Bahamas 4 nighte in Royal suite Mexico 7 nights balcony cabin out from Miami 5 nights in Grand suite out from Barcelona 11 nights in Grand suite out from San Juan Ok so my mistake humble apologies:o...that last cruise in the Grand Suite would have made you Diamond I believe. So in that case you will still be Diamond after Wednesday.
EVALUATOR Posted January 10, 2011 #28 Share Posted January 10, 2011 It doesn't matter if it's 10 or 11. As Carol mentioned, the extra credit doesn't kick in until 12-nights. By my count, taking into account your suite credits, you have 10 now and should be Diamond under the current system (which, hopefully, will make you Diamond under the new system). :D Correct that 10 or 11 do not matter. I was also counting days for the rumored new system. When was the first cruise taken. In 2003/2004 (I think) is when they started giving extra credits for suites/12+. tgjr Posted January 10, 2011 Author #29 Share Posted January 10, 2011 can someone guide me to where I can find my status - or is it impossable to find it if you are in Europe ?
Elizanessie Posted January 10, 2011 #30 Share Posted January 10, 2011 They might have been Platinum "on" the cruise and are now Diamond after the cruise. The suites and the 14 night would have to be after they were eligible for the extra credit for them to be Diamond now. Thanks yes I see that now :D Note to self, don't do maths late at night..cause I suck at it :o
thelion Posted January 10, 2011 #31 Share Posted January 10, 2011 I can not figure out what my level is. On my last cruise it was platinum - but. I have followng RCCL cruises 14 nights in outside cabin far east --- 2 credits 3 nights outside cabin Bahamas --- 1 credit 4 nighte in Royal suite Mexico --- 2 credits 7 nights balcony cabin out from Miami --- 1 credit 5 nights in Grand suite out from Barcelona --- 2 credits 11 nights in Grand suite out from San Juan --- 2 credits Looks like 10 cruise credits as long as that 14 nighter was taken during a time that you got double credits for 12+ night sailings and all suites were taken during a time that you got double credit for suites. 10 creidts under the current system makes you Diamond. Check with Royal, though because the rules have changed over the years.
Elizanessie Posted January 10, 2011 #32 Share Posted January 10, 2011 can someone guide me to where I can find my status - or is it impossable to find it if you are in Europe ? I don't know if it is available in the rest of Europe yet...we can access it here in the UK...although the actual database is down now till Thursday but UK Cruisers can still see their credits online when going through the RCCL UK website. Oak Hill Cruisers Posted January 10, 2011 #33 Share Posted January 10, 2011 RCCI C&A site still has me listed as a Diamond with only 5 cruise credits. Before, they had me as a Gold. They had DW as a Diamond with 11 credits even though we both have 5 credits each and we should be Platinum. Although C&A sent me a email saying that we were both Platinums with 5 credits each, they haven't yet updated the website.
EVALUATOR Posted January 10, 2011 #34 Share Posted January 10, 2011 Thanks yes I see that now :D Note to self, don't do maths late at night..cause I suck at it :o When did RCI start giving an extra credit for suites? When did RCI start giving extra credits for 12+ nighters? I believe they were in different years also.

Elizanessie Posted January 10, 2011 #36 Share Posted January 10, 2011 <I would say you're diamond until wednesday!!! > What happens on Wednesday? Wednesday 12th January is when the C&A changes happen. Rather than credit per cruise etc..they will count nights at sea. New levels also, Emerald between Platinum and Diamond and new highest level will be Pinnacle. $25 refer a friend..if newbie books cruise with you (not in same cabin) New amenities. Receive an extra cruise credit when you sail on a 12 night or longer cruise/cruisetour for sailings beginning on or after January 1, 2003.
