Atlantis Shallow Water Dolphin Excursion

I am interested in booking the Atlantis Shallow Water Dolphin Excursion and was wondering if anyone's done it before and could answer some of my questions:

 

1. How long is the excursion?

2. Is the water you go into warm? We're going in February

3. I read on Atlantis' site my companions can get guest dolphin cay entry passes and will they be able to see what I'm doing?

4. With our admission into the Dolphin Cay, will we get to see any other parts of the grounds?
