Hotels by RCL Port

Hi All,

I have searched the threads but am a little confused on which hotels are close to the Royal Caribbean port. We will be going out in July for a couple days precruise and one day postcruise and are looking for a nice hotel close to casino action and some good places to eat. Any information will help.

You will be leaving from the PanAm dock which is close to nothing. Taxi is about 10 to 15 minutes to OSJ. The big hotel district is Condado. It is also about 10 minutes from the dock. We like to stay at Marriott La Concha. It has a small beach and very nice rooms especially the ocean view. Last year we eat at Ropa Vieja Grill on Ashford avenue, which is a Cuban restaurant. It was very good.
