Drink inclusive package tobago?

Anyone that has been to Tobago recently. Is anyone offering any inclusive packages when you get off the boat? I'm gotten some other places where for about $30 you get all you can drink and then some food or at least chips and salsa?

Are the a lot of people trying to sell tours at the port when you get of in Tobago?
