Marina Lifeboats

Ever since I first saw the deck plans of Marina, I have been wondering how pax get to the lifeboats. There is no Promenade Deck. I have enjoyed sitting on the deck of the Promenade on the other 3 ships. I hope that after the first cruise someone will be able to report on this. Thanks

The lifeboats are accessed on deck 6.

 

The Marinas' boats are carried lower to the deck, and the ceiling height on Deck 6 is higher. That is why none of the Deck 7 staterooms have an obstructed view.

 

 

The boats were not yet installed when I was on the ship, but the outside portion of deck 6 had been planked in teak, which makes me think that passengers will be allowed to use it.

Thanks Jim. I guess I will have to take a cruise to see for myself and I might understand it better.

 

Next year maybe. I will be enjoying the new upgrades on Regatta this year.
