Budget Car Rental

Hi,

We have a rental car booked after our cruise and the

company has allocated us a car with Budget.

We have never used them before, the UK rental companies

usually always use Dollar or Alamo and sometimes Hertz.

All of these have loyalty schemes Hertz No 1 Alamo Gold etc.

What tips can anyone give me for using Budget?

DO they have an upgrade scheme?
