Cruise & Walk?

Hi all! My husband and I are eying the Fjords of Norway trip on 08 July (Balmoral) that is advertised as a Cruise and Walking holiday. Have any of you been on one of these trips with Fred Olsen? What are the walks like (length, ascent, etc)? Are the leaders any good? We are fairly avid walkers and just in the past few years have started cruising; fusing the two sounds like a divine holiday!
