Barcelona Airport Food Service

We have nearly a four-hour midday layover at El Prat before a flight arriving in Germany after 10:00 PM. Looking for a full-menu (preferably table service) resturaunt in Terminal 2B (Air Berlin) where we can get a good meal prior to departure. The BCN web-site is abysmal regarding useful information on passenger services available. Anyone with local knowledge who can advise me?
