What nights are elegant night on a seven day cruise on the Dream?

All my cruises have been 7 days. The first elegant night is typically the night of the first sea day, Monday, if you leave on Sunday. The second is typically on the Thursday night if I'm remembering correctly.

 

This would differ if you were on a Sat to Sat cruise.
