How long to get answer from Captain's Club

I sent an email to Captain's Club last Sunday, doeas anyone know how long does it take to receive an answer?

I want my answer in writing because I get different answers everytime I call them. My question has to deal with Flexfare.

 

Thanks for any help I can receive.

I had submitted issues with their website (shocking I know!) and it took about 3 days. In the meantime I had called them and the person on the phone told me to "wait" as I was a new member. Once I got the email I was told to call them because my problem couldn't be addressed over the phone (issue w/name/birthday not matching info, all because of one space extra, found after THREE phonecalls and 2 email exchanges).

 

So, don't be surprised if you get a "please call us to discuss" note. Good luck

I had an issue and I called them and got the answer and that was that. Later I still had some uneasy feelings and I called back and sked for it in writing. They emailed me with the info before I got of the phone. It takes a very long time to get a reply by email.
