tampabay Posted January 20, 2011 #1 Share Posted January 20, 2011 We recently booked a side balcony cabin on the Eurodam right behind the lifeboats because of the size of the balcony. We normaly like booking an aft cabin because of the location and the balcony size. My question is does anyone know if the aft cabins on this ship have larger balconies than the side cabins? Looking at the deck palns they appear to be the same size. Help.

They vary from deck to deck - but on 5 the balconies are a mere 66" deep - Deck 4 appeared to be @ 12" deeper

VA aft/stern Verandah/Balcony are deeper (how much depends on which deck, and Vista class versus Signature class). VD are 7.5 feet deep. VF and VE on Vista Class ships, Noordam, Oosterdam, Westerdam and Zuiderdam, Verandah deck are only 4.5 feet deep. Joanie
VermeulT Posted January 21, 2011 #4 Share Posted January 21, 2011 You can call ship's services and they can tell you measurements (take it with a grain of salt)...
