Most Deluxe San Juan Hotel........

We have stayed a number of times at El San Juan and Resort and Casino in the past but it has been some years since.

We also stayed at The Ritz but were disappointed most rooms do not have balconies which is so odd for a luxury resort on the water but, nevertheless, that's what it is.

We are celebrating a special event and would like to stay at at really lovely, truly deluxe hotel in Isle Verde area but because we have not been there for a little while aren't sure which are truly the most top ranked.

Can someone help?

Rainforest.... if you could share some info, I'd really appreciate it. It's an important event in our lives and we are willing to be a bit extravagant.

Thanks for any helpl.

Someone else would be better to answer this- I have never stayed in a hotel in Isla Verde. Also , I can't name names.

But, none of the hotels are new and none are truly 5 * (service is just not there).

There is a newer hotel in Condado that people like (they have a shell for a restaurant). And a M___ Renaissance hotel there that people like a lot.

I think I would stay in OSJ at the Convent.

Thank you, Rainforest.

We have always enjoyed staying in Isle Verde as we love the beach there. We often taxi to Old San Juan for dinner though certainly have dinners closer to our hotel, as well.

We always enjoyed dinner at Piccolo Fontana in El San Juan Hotel. Hope that is still good.

I appreciate your assisance.
