what does the shuttle bus say on it, I imagine there will be tons of shuttle looking buses there just don't want to get on the wrong one.

Your question is a little bit unclear. Are you actually talking about Piraeus?

The shuttle will be parked as close as possible to your ship - if in doubt ask one of the ships crew nearby. It's totally free and only goes to terminal A' so no need to talk with the driver or anyone.

 

The shuttle is one of those push-pull (can be driven from both ends) shuttles you see at airports.
