Anyone on the Enchantment 1/17 to 1/29 Please help?

Please Help. We were on the Jan 8 Enchantment cruise.

On Jan 17. My wife left a brown paper shopping bag with 2 cameras, a kindle, a makeup bag and some clothes. On the shuttle bus from the pier to the LaQuinta inn.

The drivers says he gave it to one of the passengers that were boarding thinking it belonged to someone that had left the shuttle and was already on board. We called RCI lost and found and they told us they offload the lost items every other trip. And to call back in a month.

My wife is frantic. If someone on the ship could please contact guest services to see if it is there and tell them to hold it and send it to Miami.

Oh wow I guess she is frantic! Hope you can locate the bag.

 

If you had trip insurance I wonder if this loss would be covered?
