You could try a few of the local shops who either have in house guides or could put you in touch with fly fishing guides:

http://www.berrysbait.com/ Berry's Bait & Tackle is a shop in Richmond BC with great information on local freshwater fishing.

http://www.pacificangler.ca/ Another great option located in Vancouver is Pacific Angler. They are a great fly shop and will have some great info for you.

I imagine at that time of year the Chehalis and Vedder Rivers in the Fraser Valley would be a good bet (approx 1.5hour drive)

Hope this helps a little bit.

Out here in the Valley. Lots of good accommodations in Chilliwack lead by the Coast Hotel that a lot of fishers stay at.

As far as a lodge here's the only one I am familiar with

http://fraserriverlodge.com/

this is mostly Salmon and Steelhead Country. World famous actually for sturgeon also but you won't catch those monsters on a fly rod :)

We went to a Christmas event at Fraser River Lodge. We were blown away... absolutely gorgeous. I don't know the whole story, but some very big money has invested in it, and it shows. It is about 30 minutes drive to the Vedder. Their website will also give you some fishing ideas.

If you stay at Rowena's/Sandpiper Golf Course, most of the guides will pick you up at their dock if you are fishing on the Harrison or Fraser, unless the water is too low. Rowena's used to be the home of a local lumber family and the inn and cabins are well-appointed. It's very close to the Chehalis River and then about 20-30 minutes up Morris Valley Road to the little lakes like Weaver and Grace that are quiet during the week. Their website has good local fishing info. (oh, and they have a great golf course, too)

Ditto for the Harrison Hot Springs Hotel.

Guides have a storefront right in the hotel, and you can get picked up at the hotel's marina on the lake. Click on Activities and then Fishing to learn more.
