Where was your Cruise Critic meeting at?

I am sailing on the Carnival Glory 3/26/05 and wondering where everyone met up with the other Cruise Critic users on their sailing.....

 

We met in the Piano Bar when I was on the Inspiration last year, that didn't work out too well.

 

Any ideas would be great!

We have always chosen a bar near a pool; it's easily identifed, and since we usually meet on the afternoon of sailing, people are out and about near the pool. It has worked very well in the past. We usually also wear something to identify ourselves - for example, rubber bands on the wrist - something not too conspicuous.

We always meet in the area outside the future cruise bookings desk.

On the Legend we chose the pool bar.

We all met in the morning at the Rain Forest Cafe for breakfast before boarding and then again the following afternoon in the lobby for those who couldn't make breakfast. Of course, we'd run into each other throughout the week, but a nice way to get to put a face to the names. Good luck!

If you tell everyone your "secret meeting place"...then the ship will be loppsided! ahahah...get it???

 

Okay...seriously speaking...the best meeting place is "a bar"..."any bar"...as long as it's a bar! ahahahah....

 

Okay, okay okay...I'm really going to be serious now...how 'bout "the bar closest to the pool/stage? hmmm?

 

Now as far as "something" to identify one self? hmmm....fluorescant orange speedos would work!
