YES -- The one and only and he's terrific, not cheap, but dependable, good equipment and a nice guy. gerardblewis@hotmail.com Please note the b after Gerard. He's with Courteous taxi., but this is how I always notify him. He has equipmemt -- wagon with ramp, and 2 buses (can accommodate more people) with lifts. For my husband and I (scooter) it was $40 each way to Atlantis (a 15 minute ride) -- we met him at the taxi depot at Nassau port (outside vendors) at 10 a.m. and came back at 4 p.m. -- in time for 6 p.m. departure. He'll do whatever you please -- perhaps a quick tour of island too, but we loved Atlantis.

Now, please note that the standard taxis are only $4 per person to go there -- however, they are vans with seats all the way to the back and do not accommodate scooters, w/c's or anything -- no trunk or rack space. If you want to go there -- Gerard's services are it. There have been many comments on this -- "rip off", etc., but having used it 3 times -- don't feel that way at all. We contact him every time we end up in Nassau.

ATLANTIS - completely accessible -- Passes to DIG ($39 person) -- huge aquarium -- 2 places -- front and back -- (ask for elevator and sneaky way for scooter access). Then scoot on down to marina area (shops, ice cream, etc.) - stairs for others, ramp for him. Casino flat too. Sometimes there is just a one person elevator to next area, but it's guarded and safe -- sort of fun too -- especially since he's 90!!!!!!Possible to spend the day there without water activities pass which is extra. Food is expensive, but hey -- he's 90 -- celebrate!!!!!

I would think that if the wheelchair can be collasped down then a Taxi could be found that would accomadate. You may have to wait a few minutes but I think I have read on here somewhere that people have been able to do this. I hope you are able to get a confirmed answer. Just keep searching on this board and you will find more info on it.
