Excursions from King's Wharf - In Transit Time

Last time we went to Bermuda, our ship docked in Hamilton, which is nicely centered, so going places was not too much of a hassle. The cruise we are considereing now, docks at King's Wharf, which is about as far from everywhere as you can get. There are a lot of snorkeling excursions that caught my attention, but I'm wondering how much of the excursion time will be spent getting from the ship, to the excursion boat, and back, versus actual time on/in the water. Which excursions go out of the King's Wharf area, as opposed to hopping on a bus, and driving to somewhere on the south shore or central island/Hamilton area? Also, do these excursions run every day, or just once during the time period the ship is in port?
