Turners Beach/Snorkeling Question

Last time I was in Antigua we went to Turners Beach. While there a couple of independent boats came ashore and asked if we wanted to go snorkeling, so we did. They took us out about 10 minutes and we stopped right over a reef and saw magnificant things...just a beautiful assortment of fish, coral, etc. This was about 5 years ago.

 

We are going again (via cruise) in April, and was wondering if anyone has been to Turners recently and saw independent boat operaters doing this?
