Looking for a PVP

I have asked this on the Fascination board but no one has responded so i thought i would try here. We are going to book in the next month for a trip in Jan of next year. Our last cruise was in 07. Had a blast! We used a local TA. Needless to say she and the company were awful. So we decided to use a PVP. But we have heard (read) about some great ones and not so great ones. I was hoping someone could recommend one to us. Thank you so much!
