Onboard OBC/reservation page

I have made final payment on a cruise that I booked while onboard last year. Will the OBC be listed on the Reservation page? I just want to make sure RCI didn't "lose" it. Thank you!!

Call them and have them send you an invoice it is listed on the invoice and you will see it in the itemized listing with a OBC code next to it

Yes, on your Confirmation Invoice from RCI under "Booking Charges" should be a code something like ADV2-$$$-ONBRDCR (substitute $$$ for dollar amount).

 

No matter what the letters that precede the dollar amount are, as long as you see ONBRDCR...........then you know it's been added to your booking.

 

It will take up to 2 days to appear on your SeaPass Account.
