Monaco Azur Express Tourist Train

I have read on the web that this tourist train starts at the Oceanographic Museum. From the cruise port is the museum within walking distance? Is it an easy walk or will we have to find the elusive elevators. If so, could someone with knowledge of the location of the correct elevator give me detailed directions. Thanks
