They were mailed to me after my first cruise. That's the only time I got them.

I received my $50 friend and family coupons from cruise critic members. They worked on the 4 cabins I had already reserved. You have to be lucky enough to get someone to send you their friend coupons. Apparently this has been a promotion by RC to those who have completed a cruise. I don't know how long the promotion will last. Good Luck getting a coupon.

 

When my family completes their cruise in May and if we get coupons, I will offer them on cruise critic.
