15yr and 10yr old boys on Nieuw Amsterdam

We are taking our 15 and 10 year old sons on the Nieuw Amsterdam this summer. What is the dress code for children - esp on formal nights? Also will there be much for them to do on board and will they be 'welcome'? Our previous experience has been on RCCL- so a bit different!

The dress code for children is the same as for adults. IME, formal on HAL means formal, and most young men/boys wore suits. A few were in tuxes. My kids loved HAL; it was the best vacation I think they've ever had, and two years later they still talk about it. We did not have any problems with them not being "welcome".
