It's been available for the iPhone for Princess, HAL, Celebrity and Carnival for a while. Be careful, though. I've found quite a few deck plan and itinerary errors. For instance, my Star Princess cruise in just over a year has been available for booking for several months but the iPhone Princess app has the old itineray and dates, from Rio to FLL instead of Santiago to SF. It's also missing the additional Star itineraries from SF to HI.
