Baltimore airport restaurant

Are you driving or flying? If you have a car, and feel like seafood, and don't feel like going into downtown Baltimore, there are two places on Dorsey Road in Hanover, maybe 5-6 miles or so from your hotel: Timbuktu and Gunning's. To get there, get on MD 295 (Baltimore-Washington Pkwy.) heading south. Take the MD 100 exit heading west towards Ellicott City. Then, get off at the next exit, Coca-Cola Drive, and turn left. The road will shortly dead-end into Dorsey Road, where you'll turn left. Timbuktu is there on the left, and Gunning's is ahead a short distance on the right.

Timbuktu is slightly cheaper, and Gunning's has a slightly nicer ambiance. (Neither of them is particularly fancy.) Both of them have good seafood (IMHO) and other types of food available as well.

Enjoy your dinner!

Thank you for your response! We're driving in from Ohio and have a reservation at the Sleep Inn. We did the same thing last year, having dinner at a nearby Mexican restaurant, but decided to try something different this time.
