misha1 Posted February 5, 2011 #1 Share Posted February 5, 2011 First time on NCL...POA. I ordered 3 bottles of wine for our stateroom 6 weeks ago. We are sailing in 6 weeks. No charge or confirmation has occured yet. Does NCL do this closer to the cruise?
Rare 0106 Posted February 5, 2011 #2 Share Posted February 5, 2011 Do you know if you can order a bottle of vodka for the cabin? If so, how?
NMLady Posted February 5, 2011 #3 Share Posted February 5, 2011 Do you know if you can order a bottle of vodka for the cabin? If so, how? send an email to GroupEventXXX@ncl.com inserting the name of your ship instead of XXX. That co-ordinator will reply to you with the price. You then charge it to your credit card. It will be charged immediately and you will get an email receipt. Make sure you take that receipt with you to give to the front desk if for some reason your vodka order isn't in your cabin. Sounds as if they haven't gotten the order.
jdvmd Posted February 5, 2011 #5 Share Posted February 5, 2011 I would call and check to make sure they received the order.
misha1 Posted February 6, 2011 Author #6 Share Posted February 6, 2011 Yes, I did send a credit card number on the fax...which I was told to do by an NCL operator when I called to inquire. I will call the number on a previous post to inquire. Seems they should be better organized with people's credit card info out there. Thank you all for the info. misha1 Posted February 6, 2011 Author #7 Share Posted February 6, 2011 Well, I sent an inquiry twice to the e-mail address mentioned and got it back both times undeliverable.
NMLady Posted February 6, 2011 #8 Share Posted February 6, 2011 Well, I sent an inquiry twice to the e-mail address mentioned and got it back both times undeliverable. POA seems to do things differently. Isn't there an email address that you were given or were you just given a fax number?
