Dolphin swim, Freeport

I just got to thinking about the dolphin swim we've booked and have a question. How do you get into and out of the water? Do you have to heft yourself up on a pier? Or is there a ladder to climb to get out of the compound? I don't think I could drag myself out of the water onto a pier...
