Eclipse - Menus

Does anybody know where i can find the Dinner menus for Blu. I am on a 7 night cruise, Western Caribbean, 5th March. We re planning to try all 3 speciality restaurants but would like to view the menus for Blu to help us decided which nights to book. Also am i right in thinking that the 2nd and 2nd to last nights will be formal??

They are mixed in with other MDR menus, but the Blu menus are the white ones with blue font. They are labeled by night. Hope that helps.
