Italian Restaurant on the Magic

flip

Recommended Posts

I read somewhere, don't remember where that the Italian restaurant, Cucina del Capitano, would be a pasta bar during the day and a restaurant during the evening. I sent Carnival a note asking if reservations were necessary, what the evening dinning times are and what the charge would be if any. Their answer "The restaurant would open in the evening by reservation for a nominal fee". What gives? Does anyone have any more information? I don't know how to blog or I would ask John my questions. I was really looking forward to the pasta bar during the day.

It will be a pasta bar by day (free) and an Italian restaurant by night (for a fee). During the day I'm pretty sure it will be first come first served like on Carnival Dream. At night, I imagine reservations would be a good idea.

I'll guess the fee to be about $15pp but am pretty sure it will be known before the ship's maiden voyage.
