On Board Credit

When we purchased our cruise we were offered by the agency a $200.00 OBC. Now that we are all signed up, Edocs are ready, is there anyway of seeing if the OBC has been transferred over to HAL? or do you have to wait until you board to see your balance??

Thanks in advance for information.

It should be noted on your receipt/itinerary that you receive from your TA. Take it along with you as proof and it should be reflected on your statement you receive on board. If you are concerned, you can check at the front desk when you board and they will be able to tell you.
