Quick question about Fun Select Rate

Is there a penalty if you cancel a reservation when you book FS rate? We are before final payment date. My sister booked a balcony cabin utilizing the Fun Select rate because there were no other options available at that time. Now with today's sale, there are past guest rates available for the same category cabin for $40 cheaper. Would she have to cancel her cabin and rebook? TIA for the help!

If you are prior to final payment deadline there's no penalty for cancelling FunSelect rate. With a cooperative PVP/agent You should be able to "switch" to another available, better rate. Post your results? ken

Update: My sister was able to cancel her original booking and rebook past guest. It saved her $100 on her cabin. Thanks for the help Ken!
