In St. Maarten, the ship docks away from the town. You can buy a water taxi pass for $5 that takes you back and forth to downtown Phillipsburg (about 1 mile) There are also lots of taxis available as well.

In St. Thomas, RCI usually docks at Havensight, there is shopping right at the pier and the sky lift is across the street (great view from the top) There are lots of cabs at the pier too which will take you anywhere on the Island.

In Nassau, the dock is walking distance to all the shopping/strawmarket. Cabs again are available for tours and to Paradise Island.

Hope this helps

I am very athletic. So can I walk from the cruise docks to Charlotte Amalie? Or will it take too long? Are there sidewalks? Also, how much are the public bus or taxi to Charlotte Amalie in case walking is too long?

Thanks for your help.
