Cannes tours

I will be taking a cruise this summer which will be stopping in Cannes. I am trying to decide between on shore excursions to Nice and Antibes. For a first time visitor which is more advisable?

Why not stick with Cannes ? Nice is rather large and sprawling. You would need to target certain areas, such as the flower market, the old city or if you after the museums head north of the city. Antibes is smaller, has a nice old part to it with a good Picasso museum, but for a first time visitor you can have a good time exploring Cannes.
