I personally am not a big Pizza fan,so to me it's not really that big of an issue,Put enough crushed red peppers and wash it down with beer and it meets the needs:D

I agree, as I think most would. I've noticed a decline in a lot of land based pizza places as well, I think if you look at all the ingredients that tomatoes have gone up more in the last 5 years than the other ingredients and many places have cut back on the sauce. Pizza with less sauce becomes less desirable very quickly as they set around. If they would just add a little more sauce, I think they would be perceived better.
