jilllofalltrades Posted February 15, 2011 #1 Share Posted February 15, 2011 I just lost 6 pounds in eight days by using the Hemp Bars for breakfast. Its a fourteen day diet where you eat 1/2 a hemp bar for breakfast, a protein snack in the afternoon and salad with grilled chicken for dinner. I bought the bars at our local Herb Shop and it came with instructions. Anyone ever tried this? It's giving me the jump start I've needed.
