Private Oasis HMC - Gratuities extra?

Looking for someone who's already rented the Private Oasis on HMC. My question is: Are gratuities included in the price ($1300) or are they extra. We are supposed to get a personal chef, cabana steward, lifeguard, butler, and bartender for the day. I was just wondering what others have done regarding gratuities. TIA!

Hi, haven't been there yet, but I was told by Carnival gratuities are NOT included and was asked to remember to tip all of them. I did find several threads a few months ago when I was researching and it seemed $50/staff person was the average. Hope that helps:) Enjoy!
