XCruiseMe17 Posted February 18, 2011 #1 Share Posted February 18, 2011 Does anyone know the turn around time for Carnival to respond after you've contacted Customer Service via the web page?? Or if they respond at all.

Lady_Jag Posted February 18, 2011 #8 Share Posted February 18, 2011 I've contacted them via web a few times, and usually get a response within 5-7 business days. Carnival has a Facebook page - you can try posting on their wall, or give them a call if it's time sensitive. Good luck!

XCruiseMe17 Posted February 19, 2011 Author #13 Share Posted February 19, 2011 Okay so I tried the Twitter thing, got a response that they would be contacting me "shortly". I didnt get contacted today, but then again Im not sure what Carnival's idea of "shortly" means. But Im thankful they received my message!

XCruiseMe17 Posted February 23, 2011 Author #15 Share Posted February 23, 2011 I cruise in less than 9 days and havent really heard from anyone. I had posted a general state about the customer service dept on John Heald's facebook thing and he actually commented back and said he would have very senior person contact me. That was 2 days ago so who knows at this point. The whole thing has given me a huge headache and has been throughly dissapointing. I do appreciate all of your responses, so thank you for that.
