Driving to FLL - need place to stay & park

We are driving to FLL and would like to know if anyone has any recommendations for where we can stay and leave our car for our 10 day cruise? Have parked at the port, but don't like the hassle of the port. Coming in the night before. Thanks

Cambria Suites. New hotel, very nice with free shuttle to port and up to 14 days free parking with nights stay.

There are several Hampton Inns. Is it Airport North? Thanks

There is also LaQuinta (FLL Airport North) on 26th in Hollywood that offers free parking. Free shuttle to Port Everglades and complimentary breakfast.
