Holiday Inn Miami Airpot

We stayed at the Days Inn Civic Center in Miami, which also has free transfers. Cost 64.00(total) on hotels.com. It was okay. Nice little restaurant on site for breakfast. No trouble with transfers. Okay for quick stay, wouldn't want to vacation there.

Taxi cost 20.00, if you can fit everything. First year we had to take 2 cabs for 4 people and luggage (40.00). Then was able to get a van for ride back to airport from ship for 20.00.

My DW and I stayed there in March, it was nice, but not great. The service in the restuarant wasn't much, but the rooms were nice. At the airport the security police said there where two Holiday Inn Airports, one north and one south, so be sure to get the right shuttle bus. We where at the north. You have to sign up for the shuttle to the port. We had no problems, everything was fine. The hotel is a little older, but very comfortable
