What excursions would you recommend when we dock in Curacao?

For our honeymoon, we're going on a 7 night S. Caribbean cruise in RC's Adventure of the Seas. This will be my 4th cruise. What would you recommend that we do? We don't scuba dive, my fiance hates snorkeling and we're looking for a beach to go to. I don't care for the excursions where all the cruise people pack on a bus and go to the beach. Any idea on where to go?
